There are some side effectsto lasik eye surgery, including burning eyes, double vision and other things, including blindness, but these things don't happen often.  I don't have any problems with my eyes now, and I don't want to go for a procedure that is supposed to make me better but will only make me worse.  Tara is the same way. I will try to find out as much as possible about what happens when you get the procedure, then tell her.  I'm guessing that I will find some bad stories, but most will have good endings.  Ed has had the procedure, and he has had not one side effect.  Mimi, his girlfriend, the same.  Tara searched the web to see if she could find out some of the side effects, and they were there.  Some articles were attached to lawyer’s sites, and some were in bogs, and some were reported on by newspapers.  She read each report carefully, and decided that there were far more positive stories than negative, and I agreed.  The next day she made some appointments with various doctors.  Two were in the city, and one was in the next city over.  I was okay with the second doctor, but the first one was rubbing me the wrong way.
